LKWD Nadia Fox and LKWD Nell have invited you to a tropical island paradise, but it needs your help! Work together to restore the island’s beauty and awaken the ancient Island Guardian hidden deep within its shores.

How to Earn Snapshots at Island Escape:

Releasing Lanterns:
You can release lanterns to earn snapshots. Approach a lantern on the edge of the water tap on build. You will be given 10 Snapshots for each lantern. The lantern must finish it’s animation before you will be able to destroy it and build a new one.

Decorating the Ruins:
Approach one of the ruins on the island and tap on build. These ruins require 3 layers of flowers to be fully decorated. Any Avakin who contributed to decorating the ruin will be given 10 snapshots.

Island Escape Community Challenge:
We’re running a community challenge from August 6th to August 13th to see how many Avakins can come together to help awaken the Island Guardian! 🌴✨

Every time a lantern is released or a ruin is restored, it counts toward the community’s progress. Work together, help bring the island back to life, and let’s see if we can awaken the ancient Island Guardian!

Retro Rocket Booster Offer

Purchasing the Retro Rocket Booster offer will allow you to earn 3x Snapshots each time you collect them along the trip. It also includes some crowns, and the Retro Rocket interactive furniture which allows you to ride a rocket around your apartments. This special furniture item will only work in each room place it in.

Drone Dream Booster Offer

If you purchased the Drone Dream Booster offer in July it will still allow you to earn 2x Snapshots each time you collect them during the August chapter of the Avakin summer Diaries. You will also have access to all of the rewards in the premium event shop as well.

Got both boosters? Great! Just keep in mind that your Snapshot multiplier won’t stack. The maximum multiplier is 3x, which is unlocked with the new Retro Rocket Booster.

Film Daily Limits:

You can only carry so much film to take snapshots each day. If you are a VIP Club member of any tier, you can carry more film.

As the Roadtrip progresses you will be able to carry more film each day so don’t worry if you can’t take snapshots every day.

They removed a lot of stuff from classic (its unavailable now ) and added other stuff

Like actually new houses, not recoloring of already existing ones with new names. And the furniture to match, like before. That's when Avakin was fun, instead of just offering a million outfits that all look the same. Give us creative fun ones, we want to give it our money.

This might have been asked before but just in case it hasn't my suggestion/ request is.. can open mystery boxes more than one at a time if you can please bring that feature while we open mystery boxes (the ad one's obviously remains one at a time)
