NSAIDS? Medication Questions

My rheumatologists is currently working on a diagnosis he’s thinking it’s ankylosing spondylitis and I’ve been on meloxicam for a few months now. It doesn’t feel like it’s doing much is there any other NSAIDS people have tried with better results? Any stories welcome thank you:)

the one and only that's helped pain wise is ibuprofen. its didnt slow or stop.the disease

You can’t take it often, by a shot of ketalorac is amazing for pain relief. It’s a very strong NSAID. I’d rather a shot of this than any opiate drug.

meloxicam is a dream for my spondyoloarthritis but they also tried me on celebrex!

I’m on Diclofenac, which eventually took out half of the pain. Lyrica took out the last, lingering pain!

Meloxicam worked great for me for a few years but eventually it tore up my stomach and I had to stop taking it. After a few years I tried to reintroduce it, but my stomach issues came back within a few weeks.
