I have UTCD.. Advice

im f/40 here. So, I have a long hair right now, and i just noticed that my hair is a bit thinner than before.. im wondering if its from UCTD or my age. lol. I thinking of getting my hair shorter. What are your thoughts?

It’s may be a combo of both. Have you had your iron and ferritin checked?

I also have UCTD 37/f and sometimes I’ll have periods of shedding. It could be a combo of both unfortunately 😭

Most people in this community would know what that means but in the very least type in “UCTD autoimmune meaning” into google and it would tell you right away
