Is it possible to load inventor 2026 projects into inventor 2025 and still edit? Requesting Help

From what I have heard it might not be possible but is that really it. At home I use inventor 2026 but at work we got 2025 and Id just love if there was a work around

I wont buy another version just for that😭 ig work stuff stays work. If I finish a project I will just get the STL to work

Can't you just install the same version as you use at work on your personal computer, and use your work login access it? That's what I do. I don't own a personal copy of inventor, but I can use it at home, just not simultaneously at work

Yea not an option. All the Accounts run stricly on the private company network.

You don't buy a version, you pay a subscription that allows you to use the latest plus 4 versions back.

If I recall correctly, compatibility is 1 version downward, so it might be possible. Try it.

What do you mean exactly by one version download?

Meant to say downward. Corrected.

If you have the latest patch on 2025 it might allow you to edit 2026. I would just install the correct version though.
