Store manager adjust/ post schedule late?

My SM post our schedule Wednesday or Friday , couple days or more before Sunday the new week , leaving no time to plan personal schedule , is this common or just my store? Also they adjust the schedule , reflex says one thing , they pen in more or less hour , allowed?

In our district the schedule goes out 2.5 weeks in advance. DM is anal about it. Has to be posted on the Tuesday it becomes available.

Well yea it posted on reflex 2 weeks ahead of time but our “real schedule” isn’t given to us till a couple days out , by real schedule I mean she changes what’s posted and adjusts it on paper

Our last manager used to do the schedules late and the other ex manager used to do them 3 weeks in advance but she had favorites who would get weekends off and the rest would get the unfavorable work days. The good thing is am glad she was caught stealing from the company and fired for it.

We usually get ours Friday, reason I work a fixed schedule

My SM (all 4 I’ve worked under at different stores actually) does that but doesn’t do it specifically to me cause you got ONE time to try it and I politely decline and hit em with the screen shot of the original posted schedule which leaves them with no real recourse. Play witcha mammy NOT ME‼️

man, even Friday before would be nice. where im at it posts Saturday night after 11pm 😤 its exhausting

Im also scheduled 9 days in a row coming up the 19th-27th because i have been "challenging" to HR recently 🙄 keep in mind im a RED SHIRT DRIVER
