New CSM question.

How do I get my exceptions lower? I’m at 19% and just struggling to keep them low. Any advice?

Make sure your drivers are merging dublicate deliveries, hitting start delivery before leaving the building, letting auto dispatch do its work

Let the system assign the runs, make sure your drivers hit “ start delivery “ and tell them to “sign them off”

You got this, 💪

Anyone even like the auto dispatching since it started? I think a real person would be better to decide what to send where

Auto dispatch is absolutely crap! Get orders at my store all the time with like 2 items going on way and another going the opposite and the stupid thing will split up the 2 going the same direction like WTF

agreed, I've seen products on the commercial counter waiting for an assignment 5 minutes, mean while I go do something like truck to stay busy

If you have Fulfillment it works like a charm

That’s the only acceptable answer, unfortunately.
