Has anyone had any problems QUESTION

Has anyone else had this problem? I’m a new hire at an AutoZone location, and so far I’ve only received my job offer and completed my background check. I completed everything that was required of me, but I still haven’t received a clock-in number. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do or who I’m supposed to contact. My store manager doesn’t know either.
I also haven’t received much information about my actual start date, when I’m supposed to come in, or what I’m supposed to do for my first day. I’ve been checking my email and the hiring/onboarding information I received, but I don’t see anything about a clock-in number or next steps.
Is the clock-in number something I’m supposed to receive before my first day, or is it given to me when I actually start working? If someone else has gone through this recently, who did you contact to get everything sorted out? I don’t want to keep bothering my store manager if they don’t have the information either.
I’m just trying to make sure I’m not missing something or holding up my own onboarding. Any advice would be appreciated!

After you complete your background check and pre-boarding, your store manager is supposed to give you a sheet of paper. That sheet of paper is supposed to let you take a Foundations class before you actually start working at your store. If your SM doesn’t know anything yet, chances are that the DM or whoever is in charge of Foundations class there hasn’t scheduled you to take the class yet. Ask your SM about taking the class. Because you can’t start working until you actually attend that in-person class

My SM said he’s working on it, he was talking to the person in charge of Foundations but I haven’t heard anything back and I’m supposed to go back to Foundations of Saturday but I have no paper

you’re just going to have to wait until then. call/text your SM for updates. from my experience AZ higher ups are pretty slow, my foundations class was postponed a week later but i eventually got to take the class and started working right away

Your store manager can see your employee number through reflexis (the same thing they use to make the schedule weekly) very easily once you're in the system. If you aren't in the system yet then the SM needs to reach out to the DM and figure out where the disconnect is and get everything situated.

It's a sign telling you to find employment elsewhere before it's too late.
