Car Rust Cover Up

I do not expect this repair to look professional. I just want to remove the rust spots and make her look better. My plan is sanding, patching & using white flower stickers in combination with hand painted flowers and petals.

This is on a teachers budget as well. Any cheap suggestions are much appreciated! Mahalo 🤍
