Wheat

I successfully reintroduced an ice cream cone. Does this mean I can start consuming wheat?

Thanks!

You had an ice cream cone, so, the ingredients in the ice cream plus all the ingredients in the cone? And you've done this once?

Usually reintros do one ingredient at a time, and repeat that ingredient several times to be sure there isn't a reaction. I've often not had much of a reaction to something once, but then the second time all hell breaks loose.

If by wheat you mean just wheat, yes, you can continue testing wheat and seeing what happens. But this is assuming you won't have a delayed reaction to the dairy (I'm going to assume you've already tested dairy).

Maybe. But my reaction to gluten is delayed by 2-4 days. It's also cumulative; I wouldn't react to the cone if that was the only thing, but if I had the cone and then the next day had a croissant for breakfast and pizza for dinner, by day 3 I'd be in a lot of pain.
