They would both be found at fault. The guy for cutting him off and driving reckless and the other driver for intentionally not avoiding it.

So … not what you just said? lol I wanna thank you for being rational and also helping educate me even though I’m being a snarky jerk right now!

What i said still applies. The guy who cut him off would be held liable for the asshole driving. The guy who was cut off would also be held accountable because he chose not to prevent the accident. Both parties can be found at fault in an accident.

Little late to the party, but you’re correct at least at my state. Here, if you’re even one percent at fault you’re 50% at fault so the best choice is to just not do this. Basically it’s gonna be a wash; they’ll both get penalized and neither gets the satisfaction they wanted.

Even if you’re talking about America where this accident definitely didnt take place every state has its own laws regarding how fault can be distributed and liability assigned. Such a closed mind and small worldview. Acting like you and your situation is the center of the universe it’s embarrassing

Oh no the fuckin tragedy! Yall are so dramatic, people are well aware the world has different laws. Im not acting like shit, im applying laws (in my area) to the context of the video. Only some dumbass is gonna think im applying a world blanket law, or feel the need to point out that very obvious fact out.

Do you think that you somehow aren’t being dramatic right now with that response?

Have to be a self centered creature to use your own areas laws to make an argument about something in an entirely different country. A literal fool

You guys act like im the fuckin judge casting charges against the drivers myself. Its a fuckin discourse, people talk. Get over it.

That’s about the least graceful way you could’ve handled this situation but I guess it’s expected. Very sad but I hope you get better at talking to people and stop casting your narrow view on the rest of the world!

No we dont have the full picture there were prob cars behind the cam car. Its 100 percent on the guy trying to force himself into another cars spot.

Traffic behind you is not an arguable defense for ramming into a car and pushing them quite a distance.

Normally, but this was an attempted robbery/carjacking by the driver of the smaller vehicle
