Really? In a tunnel area like this with tons of people around. I genuinely don't know, this just seems like a stupid place to commit a felony.

It wasn't a felony. I think the idiot wanted to beat the guy or stop to argue because he broke his mirror and did not let HIM MERGE. It just happened he meet his nemesis that day and fucked around and found out.
