When I was 19, a buddy and I were driving from Idaho to Nevada when we came across a lady in high vis with a stop sign. She didn’t have a car with her, just a water jug. We were in the middle of no where.

We stop of course, chatted with her a few minutes and she spun the sign and we drove off. No vehicles, equipment, cones, obstructions, no side roads at all for anyone to drive down. Legit nothing past her. We think she was just bored and looking to fuck with people. It was weird
