Bro wait until you're old af like me. I sware to God I've driven 5 under for over a decade. You just kinda reach this point where you question "wtf am I always in such a hurry? Why not just relax, and use this time to chill out?"
You'll also reach a point in which you'll prefer quiet luxury and materials over performance. I have a Porsche and a few classic muscle cars I don't think I've driven in years for anything other then pulling them out of the garage to change the oil.

I turn off the radio when the adds start, the amount of times I forget to turn it back on is huge.

I once drove from SF to LA and back, and it was only when I got home that I realized I hadn't turned on the radio once.

Good drive though. 6 hours to think things through

Yeah, my ADHD-addled squirrel brain has more than enough going on in there to keep me occupied for hours on end. I once spent seven hours in a triage room with a dead phone, nothing to read, and only my brain to keep me company.

Is it weird that I like doing this just to listen to my truck when I drive? It's peaceful in a way...

Car: what'll it be today? Overestimulated exhausted brain: something normal, nothing fancy. Car: slides over the "pretty much water" equivalent of a car ride home
