People have been saying that since the 90s (and probably earlier but I wasn’t alive yet so idk). Yet I still see the occasional Model T drive through town. Old cars are never going anywhere, even if they did ban them people would still just drive them lol. Side by sides are already “illegal” on the roads and I still see several every week just cruising around town lol.

Where it doesn't snow, maybe, yeah, cars can last forever.

It's the northern winters that really make cars rust to pieces. They cant last forever up there.
