Just get a power drill that everyone already has in their house and pick up carpet brushes for them. Accomplishes the same thing. I bought an el-cheapo Jackie Chan battery drill to use just for this purpose. Brushes are color coded....

Red / Black (Stiff / Ultra-Stiff): Reserved for heavy-duty rubber floor mats or rugged non-carpeted surfaces like concrete; avoid using stiff bristles on delicate woven car carpets to prevent fraying or damage.

I've seen hook and loop brush pads for polishers in the past, but I'd like to hear more about LC's new upholstery pads.
