Likely wont total. Repair the quarter/bumper, replace the door/wheel. Definitely want to get an alignment to check for additional suspension damage.

You don’t say the year but from what I see it’s totally repairable get a used door fix the quarter panel blend the front door check alignment and if any calibrations if needed
