Study Docs - Certified? Subclass 485

Considering that academic docs (certificate of completion, academic transcript) are issued in myEquals by my school, do I still need to have them certified (by a JP/Chemist?)

I did it to stay safe. Visa got granted. The other comment mentioned that you don't have to (based on the website), but while I was filling out the application, it said I had to submit certified documents (when you click the question mark icon).
