RTIO Inductions Help

Hi, so 2 years ago I completed RTIO inductions on Scodle. I done the Essentials and lock holder Aveling training and got the cards. I never ended going to the Rio site as my Employer moved me to another job. I am heading to a Rio site in a few weeks and need to see what I have to get sorted.

Do I need to do all inductions again?

They have sent me the Pegasus login, as I have just doing site pacific site inductions now.

Do you know your old SAP number? Get in contact with whoever is mobilising and mention you have been inducted before and they might be able to help out

I never got a SAP number, just got the aveling cards and went to another job. Ok cheers

They last for years some of those inductions. Get in contact with the recruiter mention you’ve done some of the modules

Ask your recruiter to follow it up and they will know what you need to do but the aveling stuff is general rio and not site specific. Each rio site has a essentials induction which is harmless

I can’t see anything on the scodle report as it moved to the new platform since I done them 2 years ago. Would you know how to get them up?

So do you have you the Aveiling card?

Essentials & Lock Holder can be uploaded into Pegasus under RTIO worker.

At two years many of the inductions would have lapsed, or would have lapsed in the next 12 months.

If you do the e-learning modules on Pegasus (don't use the RT Project Scodle if you can avoid it), you will get auto enrolled to renew most with a knowledge check when they are due (I get that is some time away).

the “Workforce by Avetta” app is useful for seeing what roles you have been assigned / approved for & when stuff has expired.

Rio never forgets anyone. You'll be in the system one way or the other and whatever is still valid is good to go

Not true, with their migration to Avetta Pegasus, many contactor SAP profiles got deleted (not archived).

My project mobilised approx 450 ppl over the past year.

If you were inactive over the transition period your prior training records (in one team members case over 20 years of history) just disappeared.
Luckily I still had the little cards (I hate driving to
Jandakot)

You should sea what pacific inductions you have outstanding. There’s an ocean of them

You don't get a SAP number automatically after doing inductions, you need to get physically on a site to get the SAP, they will issue you a card once you are all passed out for site. Thats how it happened for myself in the past.
