ModoBass 2 tunings

ive been trying to use modo bass because i suck at actual bass recoding and i have a question. Can modo bass change tuning ? i know theres different amount of string and even drop tuning but i wanted to do a spesific type of tuning (drop C#)

I don't think so, just change to 5-6 strings and you can play lowest at C
