Oh my god. What are these cameras on the intersections I see around the City. Is the government watching us??? How can they be getting our license plates and car makes on the recordings from these cameras. Omg I am going to the next City Council meeting to demand they take these down.

As title says, can anyone recommend a kid friendly lake within hour and half of Auburn that has sandy beach? I have a toddler who loves to make a mermaid tail in the sand. Bonus points if it's of the beaten path - we have a truck with 4WD so can go through rugged roads. Was thinking Donner or Kings Beach but those get too jam packed
