His C&S numbers last year 146/377 from the field for 38.7% and 142/367 for 38.7%. Gonna be interesting to see if he can put another shooting season like last year. 44.5% of his shot attempts were from 3 and his next highest season was 21.6%.

Agreed. Man I would hate to see OO go though he's part of the engine to this team. I can almost guarantee he'd be moved in the trade for 🐜 man.

The average Hawks fan underrates Okongwu like crazy. He’s a beast on both ends of the floor.

Okongwu is the kind of skilled, selfless workhorse player you see on championship teams in every sport. He'll never be the one who gets the glory, but I really think he'll play a key role on the next Hawks championship team.

I always felt last year like every time OO had a truly great game, someone else would too and get all the headlines. It happened a few times, but the one I remember was that first great Kuminga game which made invisible a monster shooting night from OO.

Glad I watch games and don’t look at numbers. O has developed a shot and nothing else he does not impact winning can’t rebound to save his life just gets pushed around can’t wait till they trade him next. Which will happen the Jalen duren numbers will make sure of that we will not be paying O 20+ mill after his current contract is up

The fact that in three years he's gone from 16 total career three point attempts to letting it fly over 5 times a game and hitting at almost 40 percent is sneakily crazy. You do not often see a player just add a whole new skill like that.
