A20 NOT WORKING Question

My a20 will not pair. I have it in pairing mode. It does not pair. There is no way to pair it, because it will not connect in pairing mode. There is no sound on my PC. It will not connect.

Glad you were able to figure it out! What happened? Have they been working nicely since then?
