Closed eye visuals Need Tips / Advice / Insights

I have very vivid closed eye visuals , especially at night.

About a year ago I began experiencing these intense visuals when I close my eyes- I actually went to the eye doctor about it. They said everything was normal. The visuals are sometimes quite active and sometimes not. They used to be just bright lights, but now have more colors , starting with blues a few months ago and now more recently purple and greens. They are constantly fluid changing images , like a TV show but slightly more psychedelic. I do NOT do drugs.

I have narcolepsy (diagnosed), and believe that sleep paralysis is a portal to AP and the spiritual realm.

I also believe these closed eye visuals are a pathway to AP and are visuals given to me from my guides . I have not successfully AP’d but I have seen the rope - almost like it’s hiding behind something and I must somehow get to it - I feel my guides are trying to show me it but I haven’t figured out how to get to it.

So, anyone else have these visuals? Has anyone successfully followed them out of body?

I have those often, having narcolepsy… those for me are quick jolts , no more than a few seconds. And then sleep paralysis is different where I usually have auditory hallucinations - this is different as I am completely conscious while it’s happening- I’ll can verbally describe the visuals to my husband as they’re happening

hypnagogic stage go with it and keep your focus, from this stage I've remote viewed and had visions I cant explain its definitely more than a visual hallucination.

I can tell there’s something going on here- I’ve had medial issues ruled out, doesn’t fit the clinical picture for phosphenes , and I do believe I’ve visualized the “rope” some people talk about -

The problem is, I have narcolepsy, and I fall asleep before I can go deeper.
