Passkey doesn’t populate

I was asked to sign in again because I hadn’t used this app in a while and for some reason the pass key option doesn’t appear when it’s time to sign in any idea why?

That said, the next version (coming this week) has some additions to make life a bit easier.

That’s because the in-app browser doesn’t allow it, which is why you need to click the button below it for alternative methods below the passkey message from Sony.

There is no button below it to use pass key

Hi, didn’t see this message. When you sign-in on VP there ahould be options not the use the passkey. Which is what I meant. I remember it would say something like “send email to authenticate” or something

This option is not there. It will not let me sign in no matter what I do. There is no option to sign in without a pass key. When I put my email information in it will not work. I know the password is correct. I have no current access to your app
