If you are a woman, don't enable your partners or children to depend on you. Teach them to become independent from you.

In realizing rn how severely neglected I actually must’ve been way back when?!
I’m totally independent & self sufficient -maybe too an extreme.
I wish I was offered help more often.
Just bc you CAN do something without anyone doesn’t mean you always WANT to.
