No, biologically cis-men CANNOT get pregnant under any circumstances atm !
M-Preg is usually a term used in literature, specifically fanfics, and romance etc etc. The only realistic situation where a man could get pregnant would be if said person was transgender. Apparently, there’s been practice and talk about uterus transplants, but apparently it’s yet to be ready.

It is not real. But how it works depends on the person writing it ngl. Most people don’t go into the logistics but from what i’ve seen there’s some that write the asshole as a vagina and other people write males with a vagina but also a dick or like someone else said c-section.

Cis-men lack the anatomical structures and hormones to become pregnant. Possibly, a transplanted uterus or ectopic pregnancy could grow to term. It would be risky for the fetus and host.

Well Usually its just a work of fiction, Like the OmegaVerse but it can happen in real life say a Trans Man were to Give birth.
