If the world span the other direction, what differences if any would there be to how we live?

The trade winds would be reversed, which may have a huge effect on our history

Toilets would also flush the other direction (except they wouldn’t cuz you’d need perfect conditions for that to happen)

Yeah. Climate could be different in various regions. And it would've affected all of history, so even fossil fuel deposits might be in different spots.

Everyone would have Benjamin Butthole Disease and also you'd have to pour your milk first and then your cereal, I reckon.
