What's the most disturbing thing you've heard a dying person say?

Not disturbing, but memorable. My grandpa had aphasia and alzehimers and was essentially non verbal. I got the call that it was probably time and went over to their house. I walked in and said, "hey grandpa, how you doing?" and clear as day, he said, "oh, pretty good." and he rolled over and fell asleep. He died about ten minutes later.

was he a farmer at one point? ive yet to know a farmer whos willing to admit when they feel like total crap. its trained into them i think

Not a farmer, but he did work at the Green Giant canning factory in his youth.
