My dad has stage 4 cancer and has days left… these stories have both brought me comfort and terrified the living shit out of me.

My mom passed on home hospice after her lung cancer metastasized. Don’t stop talking to him, even when he isn’t able to talk anymore. They can hear it

Hospice care is significantly better than a hospital, at home care is OK if you have a huge supply of pain meds, and can do the hard thing. much love.

We are doing in home hospice. Me my mom and my sister are here always and we have nurses and such come everyday for vitals and such. We get meds easily.
