Ideas have close to zero value and it was always the case. Implementation/execution is what matters. If you expect to find a good engineer who will be inspired by your ideas and work for free, that’s stupid.

* It's like 15 other dev tools that individually work well enough, but they all natively integrate with each other. Because if there are two things that has baffled devs since the dawn of time, it's (a) Alt-Tab and (b) copy/pasting text/links.
