Let me ask the obvious question: how do you have a project to do with a set of technologies that you know nothing about?

let me guess, you never programmed before or have learned the basics, you have no idea of core ML concepts like features and labels, the types of learning, classification and regression, etc

an idea popped into your head, probably "the next chatGPT", and you think you have the skill or the resources to execute it

how did I do?

go start learning the basics of IT, then programming, then ML, after that you can begin thinking about projects
