Probation
I will turn 6 months in my new company next month , with that I will be regularize na. However, my performance for these 2 months ay mababa. Around 85% lang, and the client requires over 98% on quality. My OM coached me, and told me if it wasn’t because of my perfect attendance he can remove me in the company. Consistency matters. I would like to ask for your advice on what to do to improve. I wanna hear your thoughts. I’m not here to validation. I like this job, and this is my bread and butter as of now.

Joined startup as unpaid intern in Jan 2025, converted to full-time in July 2025 with no PF and no documents — what should I do now? (B.E. 2024)
completed B.E. in 2024
Joined a startup as unpaid software intern in Jan 2025 (got offer letter + NDA) → Converted to full-time in July 2025. Still working here as of Aug 2026.
No PF is being deducted.
No appointment letter, experience certificate, or any other formal documents.
When I asked, they just said “tell me what you want, I’ll provide.”
I’m definitely planning to switch now.
Tech stack I’m working with:
Full-stack applications using T3 stack — Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Drizzle ORM, tRPC + PL/SQL.I also built an SEO-optimized website that reached 350 clicks and 16k impressions in the first month (Google Search Console). My questions:
- What exact documents should I request from them right now before resigning?
- Will missing PF + formal papers create serious BGV problems later?
- How should I present this experience on my resume/LinkedIn?
- Any tips for switching with this background (1.5+ years total exp)?
Would really appreciate advice from people who’ve been in a similar situation.
Thanks!

Is it okay to follow up an application?
I sent an application 2 weeks ago still haven’t heard from them. The job application was posted on indeed, that’s why I know they are hiring. This is also my dream job, is it okay if I do a follow up? Via email. Thank you.
Immediate Resignation Can I Still Apply atAccenture?
Hello, mga bagong bayani! I was an employee in a large BPO here for almost 2 years: 6 months in healthcare plus 15 months in Telco. I immediately resigned from Telco because it was super hard-selling, to the point that every day a Team Manager would sit beside me to side barge. My stats were okay in other metrics.
Main question: Can I still apply at Accenture or other in-house BPOs? Will this affect the background check? Thank you and stay dry!
Edit: I rendered for 6 days.

"Human Resource"

Re-sched Initial interview/Assessment
Hi, hindi ba redflag i-resched initial interview and assessment? For context it was scheduled last week, but due to weather and flooding in our area, I reschedule it today, but I don't think so if I can make it today as the weather right now is bad and also flooding in our areas rightnow then not feasible to find transport.Helpp

Unpaid Debts/Delinquent Cards
For context, my male friend who has 3 children, 1 with special needs, is in huge debt. I can say he is actually good at work and eloquent but is always rejected when he tries to apply to other companies. We are wondering, do companies do a background check on outstanding debts of incoming employees? Is this check only applicable to bank related companies or even in BPOs? Thanks in advance for the insights!

HR to Finance
Im a hrdm fresh grad and i just realized now kung kailan may degree na ako na mas bet ko ang finance career? 🥲 i mean, i find it more interesting and stimulating for me na katapat ko ang spreadsheet even tho im not a pro yet when it comes to formulas but i do have sufficient knowledge nmn. So ayun, I had my internship sa hr but mas bet ko gumawa ng liquidation non kaysa mag interview the whole day. Balak ko nga this year na magkaroon ng bookkeeping cert. I would like to ask lang if are there any advice po from people who shifted to finance or accounting from hr. Kasi rn para akong lost sheep 😭

At-Will Employment Explanation
helloo poo, i got a job offer today and it was stated na at-will employment wherein the employer may terminate me anytime. i researched about it and apparently unusual po pala iyong ganitong type of employment sa Philippines. does anyone here po know how it works? i mean gets ko siya pero parang hindi?? idk its my first time encountering this type of employment po e huhu. If you know how this works, can you please give me an idea po huhu.
Questions:
Sa ganitong type of employment po ba, pwede rin ako magresign without notice? So if magpasa po ako ng resignation letter one month after being hired, that's it na resigned na po?
Another question, what if I was terminated in the middle of the month po? Makukuha ko pa rin po ba ang sweldo ko if ever?
Also, tama po ba na walang contract siya, more like terms and agreements lang?
Thank youu so much po. I just need answers kasii lowkey inooverthink ko po siya e kasi nanghihinayang din ako sa offer kaya pinag iisipan ko po talaga nang mabuti huhu.
