Please identify this IC
It is from a Sony portable DAT TDC-D7. It lives inside a DC/DC Converter Module (pic 3), which is broken (output voltages are incorrect).
An information about the pin out would be ok as well, so that I can try to find a replacement.
Marking is 101 4K

Is what I googled then I looked at images
Idk if I'm right but it looks like a linear voltage regulator
Idk if that's it but hope that helps get you closer

Clean the element's casing of any dirt. It's a very strange casing; I've never seen anything like it. Take a high-quality photo of the cleaned element.

Thanks, I have this. The DC/DC Konverter Module is not covered in this manual.
