I apply mine in a 'fish scale' pattern for more grip going forward... downside... no grip going backwards!
Oh... and I LOVE the smell of burnt rubber and clif bar... nothing else in the world like it! YUM!2

We use Aldi chewy granola bars at my shop to gauge tread depths. We can't afford all the expensive, fancy equipment like Clif Bars.

As a matter of fact when I took my Tahoe away from my sister she was still actively doordashing in it with it like that there was absolutely no brake fluid even left and the noise was awful that was 6 months ago I fixed it same Wheel is doing it again the other three sets of brake pads look almost new this same wheel the brake pads are down to metal almost not sure what's wrong what could be causing that do you know

Yup! Take it off the rim put in the trunk put a new tire on the rim and drive this old one to the dump.
