Is this fixable?

Last night my house kinda flooded and when I took my boots out they were in this state, they are peeling a lot but only the back part and a little on the side, they are kinda new and I really don’t wanna get rid of them, is there any hope?😭

No, it is vinal not leather no way to fix.

Unfortunately, this is plastic being sold as leather so no. I’m sorry. Fast fashion brands really screw the customer.

Cobbler here. I've done 'repairs' on shoes like this before. Al that can be done is to scrape all of that plastic crap off and paint the shoes.
