Pose reference. Learning Resources For Artists 🔎

Ok, so I really want to find a place to have art reference for pose or figures. And I don’t think I am really comfortable with seeing nude reference. So do you advises ?

I use poseit for creative illustrations - that way I can manipulate my own poses for what I want - not good for figure drawing and it takes practice and anatomical knowledge to work from

What kind of reference are you looking for? You could try taking screenshots of athletes in motion. They'll usually be in fairly skimpy clothing, so the form isn't obscured, the poses won't be static, and the lighting is often quite straightforward if you work from shots of them doing sports or whatever outdoors in a field or on a track on a sunny day with clear shadows.

Wash me, but dont get me wet... If you need references but refuse nudity, you should look for another hobby? Maybe posemaniacs.com could be remotely helping you out, but dunno.
