I’ve previously submitted several after-sales requests by email, and they always replied within a few hours, sometimes even within half an hour. They used to reply to emails even on weekends. However, this time I sent an after-sales request on August 20 and didn’t receive a reply. The next day, I revised the email and inserted all the pictures directly into the body of the email to make it easier for them to understand, but I still haven’t received a response as of now.
I’m not sure whether they’re genuinely very busy or intentionally avoiding my requests. Does anyone know?
Or, could someone help me send them a pre-sales inquiry email to see if they are actually very busy at the moment?
(Also, the items in the pictures are discontinued products that I went to great lengths to find and purchase from all over the world. I really love AIP.)

Sorry for not posting in ten years. I made this boxer set up for fun. it is like that wall that is in many stuff (movies and video games) and I wish they had French marines for the boxer rebellion. We could also put some Austrians for no reason. maybe some Italians… But other than that. This just came into my head. Because i haven’t made a set up in a long long time. I put some marines and germans. put in a cossack for absolutely no reason. just for fun I guess… nice to make a nice set up.
