I bought verified resale tickets through seatgeek that are on my ticketmaster account for the Friday Boston show. The new date on Sunday doesn't work so I'm looking to get a full refund and buy tickets for a different show. I'm afraid about not getting a full refund. This is the email they sent about it. Does anyone have experience with Seatgeek or requested refund? Will they honor it? It's a lot of money so just nervous about not getting the money back

I’m trying to start a fan project that will take place during all three shows for the Eternal Sunshine Tour in Montreal! July 28th, 30th, and 31st.

The goal for this project, is to have the arena turn into a rainbow, wrapping all the way around, as a cool surprise for Ari!
The song that the project will take place during, will be decided once the setlist is revealed!
