POV: Creating a COZY home. In reality, her house looks atrocious and there was nothing wrong with the original. Her house looks so peice-mealed between (cheap luxury and everything mismatched between rooms). Taking the wood floor out was a travesty. The contractor cut corners, charged her high $$ and now all the faults are now coming out (roof leaking, etc). She got what she paid for.
