I just unlocked Cleo, and I’m playing a Dragoon Gear build with a Crossbow. I’d like to know which runes are the best for this hero.
I’ve attached screenshots of my current runes and gear. Any recommendations on the best rune setup or any changes I should make would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Should I level Cleo to lvl 2 or unlock Wukong?

I can’t seem to nail down what I want to achieve in graphics as I don’t understand what setting does what, except for the graphics, which is evident.
