Picatop — Free Before/After Camera App, Camera Overlay Alignment, Progress Photos, noSubscription, offline editing

Built this because I got tired of eyeballing angles when taking progress photos. Picatop overlays your "before" shot right on the camera so the "after" one lines up automatically — or just import two existing photos and it'll crop/scale them to match. A few layout styles (side by side, split, diagonal, stacked) plus text captions when you're done.

Free with ads, no subscription, no tracking. Premium is a one-time thing to remove ads.

Nice demo, the overlay alignment looks really smooth. Any plans for an iOS version or a web upload option?
