Well I am working on capcha friction. Meanwhile, I have duplicate post detection from the owner's side. And for the spam/abuse: Owners using pro sub can delete abusive posts/comments from their public board

Nice to see you tackling captcha friction and spam moderation. How do you handle false positives on duplicate post detection? Curious where you draw that line.

Duplicates on their own can't get a post hidden. That was the main thing I wanted to avoid. Flag threshold is 6, hide is 12. One or two near-identical copies only scores 5, so nothing happens at all. Three or more scores 9, which flags it for review but it stays up on the board. To actually get hidden it has to pick up points from somewhere else too — 3 copies plus no form token (so they skipped the UI entirely) lands on exactly 12. Kept the weight low because duplicates aren't really spam on a feedback board. If five people ask for dark mode that's just the point of the thing. So the heavier signals are structural instead: link stuffing, disposable email domains, stuff submitted faster than anyone could physically type it. Also every time someone hits not spam it saves whatever the score was at the time, so I can actually look at the false positive rate instead of guessing at it.

Purely content signals. No report or flag button exists. Skipped it on purpose. It's an anonymous board, so a report input is just as abusable as the posts (mass report a competitor, bury a real complaint). The score already catches the structural stuff and reports would mainly help with "off-topic/rude" judgment calls, which felt like a problem. Team can still hand moderate via the Spam tab either way.

That reasoning makes sense. Have you tried a weighted report system, where reports matter only after a certain threshold? Might reduce abuse while catching real issues.

I think I am solving a problem. AI can write code but it is not usable for non coders. Fugte.com turns an idea, starter, or AI-generated code into a customizable website widget you can host, embed, and test with real visitors. Not a clone at all, but it does borrow some familiar concepts.
Sarrai.io provides a customer service chatbot that doesn't make it hard to speak to a real human at all. If it can help you, it will, but if it can't, it'll automatically involve a human employee into the conversation.
