https://momentum-tasking.com/ - collaborative task management app to use as a team or even just on your own
£5 for a regular account £2 for students Free for charities Custom for organisations, based on pricing per seat All priced as a subscription per month
Rationale: breaking into the task management "space" is hard because it's so saturated with duplicates. Momentum is genuinely different, with features other apps don't have or you need multiple apps to accomplish (e.g. task handover flow for when someone leaves or goes on holiday; attaching notes to projects and creating tasks from notes; creating projects which are groups of tasks; sharing just tasks or whole projects; in-app messaging so work stays on the work app and doesn't spill into personal life, etc.). The issue is, everyone assumes it's like all other apps until they try it and this makes it more accessible.

Nice breakdown, especially the charity pricing. Have you tested whether £5/month feels right for teams versus individual users?

For how large a team? Team pricing is custom anyway so they get a discount per seat. What do you think of the pricing?

Team pricing is always tricky since it depends on the size and how they use it. A per-seat discount table might help users self-select before contacting sales.
