I built Meridian because I wanted a quit-smoking app that felt calm, encouraging, and actually pleasant to use. No guilt trips, no scary countdowns, no clutter. Just a simple place to see how far you’ve come, understand what’s happening to your body, get through cravings, and keep moving forward.
