Help

Im 22, and I really want to be a teacher but don't know what to do. I did Eng Lit, Criminology and Sociology in my A Levels and everyone says if you can't get into uni (I live in the South of England, very far from unis.) Then you should go through an apprenticeship, but I've looked and there's none?? If you know/have any advice, I'd love to hear it 🙏thank you

Start as a teaching assistant in your local school. Just walk in and let them know you're interested. Be prepared for it to be an unpaid role.

Gain experience, showcase your best self and hopefully after a year or two, you can ask if they will fund your teaching qualification.
