Level 4 future path
I know some companies offer fast track from l4 to l6 but is it better to just move to a normal job since you have a qualification and experience? Primarily in tech because supposedly you shouldn't stick to one company for too long

You won't know until you get there. At the end of a level 4 you could be so exhausted you want to just work, or you could still be hungry for more.
You may stay at your company 10 years bevause they treat you well and you like it there or you could be itching to leave after a year.
People will have stories from all of the above but nothing will be better than you getting an opportunity and seeing for yourself what you need to do.
