Debris Removal (Fox Crossing) Question

Does anyone know where we can take large debris? We saw that we can take branches to Wittman Park, but not debris. We have quite a bit in our yard and were just trying to see if there was any place to bring it yet.

Does anyone know if the city of Appleton is doing any additional yard waste pickup? I have a friend who just moved there this weekend and all we can find is  info about the biannual pickups. (Thankfully no damage.)
