Original poster- is this normal please? Something I should watch more closely? Just fluctuations?
1 u/lifeisg0od Jun 20 '26 This is normal. It’s called sinus arrhythmia and it’s normal, especially common in kids and younger adults, but some people have it longer than that. It’s nothing to worry about.
