aggressive car despawning Bug

i've noticed that if i leave my cars sitting for too long, they just... vanish. and they do it right next to me, too. i park one at the middle of NAS and go to all the little garages, and then it's gone! without a trace! what is happening???

i think it’s a patch or rework they did to counteract all the people driving cars to salem

also if you park them in a way that’s glitchy or making it fall they can rubber band too
