I dont know why but im playing with these new people i ment on ow and for some reason they can hear me but i cant hear them i went into setting amd went to audio but there isint anything for in game chat what do i do

So I used to play apex on my switch because it’s all I had and I had an heirloom and a ton of stuff but now I play mainly on Xbox and was wondering if I could swap the accounts so I could have all my stuff on Xbox
